The School of Computer Science together with Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies of Peking University seeks candidates for faculty positions starting in September 1, 2023, or on a mutually agreed date thereafter. Appointment will be at all levels of tenure-track (Assistant/Associate Professor) and tenured (Associate/Full/Chair Professor) positions. Faculty duties include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, and supervision of student research. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in computer science and electrical/computer engineering or a related field by the start of employment. We will consider candidates with research and teaching interests in any area of computer science.

The faculty applicants selected for on-site/remote interviews (depending on the epidemic situation) will be invited to attend the Fourth Youth Forum on the Next Generation Computer Sciences hosted by the School of Computer Science of Peking University, Beijing, China from Dec. 3-4, 2022. This forum will serve as an exciting opportunity for young scholars to exchange academic ideas and the latest innovations in computing. Travel grants are available to support the selected faculty applicants to attend the forum, including round-trip air tickets and hotel accommodations during the forum.
Faculty applicants should prepare an application cover letter, curriculum vitae and 3 representative publications by Nov. 1, 2022.
