I’ve spent the last fifteen years building startups as a founder, founding team member, and advisor. I started Studio Anand to get back to building alongside founders and doing the work I enjoy most. AI is changing how most companies are built, and it should. I believe the best teams will embrace those tools while staying grounded in thoughtful products, strong partnerships, and real human connection.
The founder journey
The road to building companies has taken me through a few different seats. I’ve founded three companies, joined four others early, and gone through four accelerators, including Techstars (Denver ’25).
Along the way, I’ve been part of three venture-backed funding rounds, launched more than ten products, built teams across four countries, and worked alongside Fortune 500 organizations.
Those experiences shape how I work today. I enjoy helping founders think through what’s next as well as take the lead on designing and building what's needed.
Both sides of the table
Enterprise partnerships have been a big part of my career. I’ve been involved from the first customer conversation through discovery, pilot design, procurement, implementation, and long-term growth. I’ve negotiated partnership agreements, helped shape the product experience, and coordinated closely with customers and internal teams through launch.
That work has included Amazon, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, pharmaceutical companies, hospitality organizations, and high-growth technology companies.
Concept through launch
Product has been at the center of my career. I’ve worked across AI, enterprise software, healthcare, marketplaces, mobile, and connected hardware.
That includes an AI voice platform for a $40M logistics company, a VR and AI scheduling platform used by enterprise organizations, and a multi-tenant mental health platform serving healthcare and hospitality.
As a design thinker and product manager, I’m usually the one holding the marker. Leading discovery with customers, shaping the product experience, working through technical tradeoffs with engineering, and carrying the product from concept through launch.
Musical chairs
I’ve had the opportunity to build companies as a founder, founding team member, early hire, and advisor. Each seat came with a different perspective, different responsibilities, and a different way of making decisions.
I build differently today than I did fifteen years ago. I’ve seen companies find momentum, and I’ve watched others slowly lose it. Both changed how I think about building, where I spend my time, and what deserves attention.
Studio Anand gives me the opportunity to bring those experiences into new teams, whether that’s helping shape a strategy or getting back into the work alongside founders.
