I’ve spent the last fifteen years building startups as a founder, founding team member, and advisor. I started Studio Anand to get back to building alongside founders and doing the work I enjoy most. AI is changing how most companies are built, and I believe the best teams will embrace those tools while staying grounded in thoughtful products, strong partnerships, and real human connection.
The founder journey
The founder journey is incredibly complex and personal. Over the years, I’ve founded three companies, been an early hire at four others, and gone through four accelerators, including Techstars (Denver ‘25).
Along the way, I’ve been part of three venture-backed funding rounds, launched more than ten products, built teams across four countries, and worked alongside Fortune 500 companies.
But, the journey is rarely linear nor simple. I bring these diverse skillsets to how I work with founders today. I help think through strategy, get back on the ground floor to build, or move between both as the company grows.
Both sides of the table
I’ve spent much of my career building enterprise partnerships and product from the ground up. I’ve led customer discovery, designed partnership and pilot programs, negotiated partnership terms, navigated procurement, coordinated implementation, and helped grow long-term enterprise relationships.
That work has included organizations like Amazon, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, and high-growth technology companies.
Concept to live
I’ve helped build products across AI, enterprise software, healthcare, marketplaces, mobile, and connected hardware.
I’ve designed a co-developed an AI voice platform for a $40M logistics company, built a scheduling and LMS platform that helped support a Series B raise, and designed a multi-tenant mental health platform serving pharma and hospitality organizations.
I focus deeply on customer discovery and user expeiriences, leveraging design thinking principles to help shape the way I approach product building.
Musical chairs
I’ve had the opportunity to build companies as a founder, a founding team member, an early hire, and an advisor. Seeing the business from those different perspectives is one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had.
I build differently today than I did fifteen years ago. I’ve experienced the excitement of something finding real momentum, and I’ve watched promising companies slowly lose it. Both leave a mark.
I enjoy being a thought partner to founders, but I’m just as comfortable getting back on the ground floor and building alongside the team.
